• Facilitate bookings and process payments between hosts and drivers

• Send SMS verification codes to confirm your phone number
• Communicate platform updates, promotions, and relevant event notifications

• Between hosts and drivers: When a booking is confirmed, limited contact information is shared to facilitate the transaction (e.g., check-in instructions).
• Service providers: We share data with Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Twilio (SMS), Supabase (database), and Mapbox (maps) to operate our platform.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority.
• Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale, user data may be transferred to the new entity.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Booking records are retained for seven years for tax and legal compliance purposes. We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, secure database access, and tokenized payment processing through Stripe. We do not store raw payment card data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
